By accessing or using StarPOS, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Vendors manage their own staff, locations, and permissions.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis with no long-term contract. Fees scale with locations, users, and the features you enable. Invoices and renewals are managed in your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We work to keep the platform reliable, with service levels for higher plans. The service is provided on an 'as is' basis except where stated otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
